The idea, actually the solution, to offer to the foodservice, fresh, just blanched single or mixed vegetables, microbiologically stabilized, without adding anything is working.

100% only vegetables, to be used by the chef depending on his/her recipe.
One of the main problems of the foodservice in chain is to ensure cooked fresh vegetables, stable for a period, even short, but that can uniformize their use in all restaurants.

The shelf life is 45 days from date of production and deliveries are carried out weekly, across Europe.

All the vegetables are fresh oven-cooked, slightly pasteurized in 2kg tray are preserved without the addition of preservatives or condiments.
